Happy International Nurses’ Day 2025!

We would like to wish all our friends, colleagues, and supporters a very happy International Nurses’ Day 2025!

The 12th of May is a special day to celebrate and reflect on the enormous contribution that nurses, midwives, and allied healthcare professionals make to our society every single day; whether they are working in a crisis, in a warzone, or in a ‘normal’ shift on the wards. Global healthcare continues to get busier and more stretched each year, and we continue to do our best to save lives, often working under the most challenging of circumstances.

The outbreak of COVID 19 reminded the world how important we are. We must continue to carry that message forward and ensure that politicians and global leaders hear our concerns. They must support us by providing the equipment and working conditions that are necessary for excellent patient care. Now is not the time to be making savings or cuts in healthcare.

Now is the time to invest in us and our collective future!
