Sabine’s new article for her regular column on HealthManagement.org is now available.
This month, Sabine talks about revalidation with the NMC, a process that nurses in the UK have to undertake every three years. Sabine describes the process and then reflects on how her feelings towards it have changed since it was implemented in 2015. For Sabine, the time spent reflecting on skills, performance, emotions, and professionalism only serves to reinforce her love for nursing.
